Pietro is four. Another family claims to recognize a dead woman in him. In Turin, a child remembers a seamstress’s life, gestures and details he should not know. The day before, Pietro had explained to Sister Giuseppina that his father drove trams at night beneath the city, in a tunnel no one else was allowed to enter. In his eyes, it was not really false.
